Great customer experience, dropped off my ‘96 Tahoe with maintenance/repair items I had been putting off. They addressed all my concerns, provided multiple tire options when I requested a tire quote, and notified me of anything else that was needed to be addressed while it was in for work. Reasons for the 5 star, they began work on my vehicle the DAY BEFORE my appointment time. I had to drop off early due to a conflict and they got me in anyways and had repair recommendations emailed to me same day. The techs were thorough and had the advisor verify the ply rating on the tires I was getting (thankful for this catch, it did not cross my mind when originally making my appointment). The truck drives exceptionally smooth now and tracks perfectly on the road. Will be returning to Porter’s in the future.

I called and set up a day to drop off my friends lawnmower. The lady that answered the phone was very informative and nice. My husband dropped it off for me on August 26th. The lady told my husband to take the key out of the mower. Its a push button start with no key. Im guessing they are very afraid of theft. On the phone I let them know I needed the carburetor worked on, the oil changed and new blades. When I called back 2 weeks later to get a update on it they have not started working on it yet. That was fine, im a very patient person. I know how business can get backed up. I told her it was OK and to do whatever they needed to, to fix it. I called 2 weeks later and they said they ordered a carburetor and was waiting on it to come in. I called on the 6th week it had been there and they said it is still being worked on. On the 7th week of it being there I called again on October 15th. The lady said it should be finished on the 16th I said ok thank you. At that time she did not have a total for me but called me back the next day to let me know the total. I informed her that my husband's schedule was unfortunately full and I couldn't get off of work so he wouldn't be there till Tue

I’m usually not the type to leave a review but my service was just flat out terrible I bought tires June 17th 2025 and was having a hard time finding someone to put them on for me that wasn’t trying to hit me in the head someone recommended porters so I decided to try them I needed my tires mounted, alignment done and then balanced of course they gave me a price over the phone saying it was going to be 340$ which is a fair price I drop my truck off the next morning everything went well I get a phone call around 11 am saying that I’m basically going to need my whole front in redone that they was not going to be able to do the alignment because of my front ends state which i totally understand when I get there to pay for JUST MY TIRES BEING MOUNTED THE BILL WAS 302$ they said that’s the difference for making a diagnosis on my truck which I had no clue they were even doing in the first I received a call afterwards saying that they did that and to top it all off I decided to call around a ask multiple people about them and they all have just about the same thing to say that they are nice people but they jack the price up and tell you one and do another this isn’t a shot it’s review the

They were friendly and accommodating. They got me in for my inspection within a few hours and they had great prices for the repairs I needed to pass inspection. They even finished everything before I finished my conversation with the other person in the waiting room. I’ll be back next year!
